Where do I find my order number?

It’s a number of about ten digits that Etsy shows after “Order #”.

  • In your email: the purchase confirmation Etsy sent you after you paid.
  • On the Etsy website: sign in, open your purchases, find the order and choose View receipt. The number is at the top of the receipt.
  • In the Etsy app: tap You, then Purchases and reviews, and open the order.
  • Bought without signing in (as a guest)? The order isn’t in an Etsy account: use the confirmation email sent to the address you checked out with.
  • Not in your purchases? You may be signed in to a different Etsy account than the one you bought with.

  1. Enter your order number

    Your booklet opens with a short tour of the editor. Keep the link it gives you, or come back here with the same number.

  2. Add their photos and story

    Their name and dates, the order of service, the obituary, and the photos you love. Everything saves as you go.

  3. Download and print

    When it looks right, download your PDF, laid out to print at home or ready for a print shop. Your order number gets you back in any time in its 30 days.
